Music Education Building (MUEB)
The newly-minted School of Music is housed in Texas A&M University-Kingsville's Music Education Complex, completed in 2020. The School of Music includes the 200-member strong “PRIDE” of South Texas Javelina Marching Band, 4 Concert Bands, Orchestra, 4 Jazz Bands, and Mariachi Javelina. The Javelina Concert Choir, Chamber Singers, and Opera Workshop are part of a music program that has a long tradition of excellence and is recognized as one of the finest programs in Texas.
Students can earn bachelor’s and master’s degrees in music education or music performance.
