Overview
The Coates Esplanade serves as the central route connecting the lower-division residence halls and upper campus. It’s also a hub for many campus events and traditions.
In the center stands “Large Interior Form,” a 16-foot-tall bronze sculpture. This piece is one of many sculptures by Henry Moore, an artist known for exploring the mystery of the link between the human form and the three-dimensional environment.
