Welcome to the Quad! This is home to all first-year student housing, providing our students with the opportunity to build a community with their class from day one! Additionally, the quad is home to our Sophomore Residential Colleges. These programs provide our students the opportunity to explore their values and purpose by connecting with faculty, mentors, and other students in a fun and engaging community. Students have the opportunity to choose between Creative Life, Ignatian, and Service for Justice Residential College. One of our Quad buildings, Langguth, hosts the Ignatian Residential College. This building also features a classroom, where the residents can take classes together to learn more about themselves and Leadership. When classes aren’t taking place in this room, it’s open for students to work or study together. Our Quad also houses The Loyola Art Studios. The studios host many of our art classes, but when classes aren’t taking place, students can use the spaces and materials to create their own art. The Art Studios have supplies for painting, sculpting, and much more.
