   1. DEMAREE APARTMENTS - UNIT S-40

      The Demaree Neighborhood offers unfurnished, two-bedroom/one-bathroom units for students who qualify for year-round housing registration. While the buildings are coed, individual units are same gender. The Demaree buildings are two stories with ample parking and open green spaces. Demaree East sits near Adams Market and North Dining, while West is across from the Family Resource Center and University Laundry, ideal for year-round housing.
