    1. UNIVERSITY COMMONS SOUTH

The University Commons Complex, which opened in 2015, offers a modified traditional living experience where small blocks of six to eight rooms share a common bathroom. It includes North, West, and South halls, with North Commons being OSU’s only all-women’s hall.

South Commons houses 320 residents in a five-story building, with all rooms fully furnished and nine-month academic-year leases. Located near North Dining and across from the Colvin Recreation Center, University
Commons is perfect for students who want easy access to dining, fitness facilities, and academic buildings. Boone Pickens Stadium is just a 9-minute walk, the Colvin Recreation
Center is 4 minutes away, and Edmon Low Library is an 11-minute walk.
