Flash route departs from the Transit Center, located in downtown Altoona near the Sheetz Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence, 20 minutes after the hour every hour from 7:20 a.m.–5:20 p.m., Monday through Saturday. The route arrives back at the center every hour on the hour from 8:00 a..m.–5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
