The
Flash route arrives at the Transit Center, located in downtown Altoona near the Sheetz Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence, every hour on the hour from 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. The route departs the Center 20 minutes after the hour every hour from 7:20 a.m.–5:20 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
