Add handicapped ramp and east facade door to Sewall Hall
There is a large handicapped ramp leading to the door of this building. one side is a ramp the other side has stairs with handrails (see photo). The Access to the ramp side lines up to the crosswalk that runs across the second N in the map label "INNER LOOP" (where the two sidewalks presently are shown on either side of the street).
