HISTORY
Partnership Building 3, completed in 2020, houses WSU Division of Industry & Defense programs and the national Crime Gun Intelligence Center of Excellence of the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. The Center for Excellence comprises a new center for ballistics analysis; a new home for ATF's Crime Gun Intelligence governing board and Intelligence Research Specialists Academy; and the National Integrated Ballistic Information Network (NIBIN) National Correlation and Training Center.
