This residence for both graduate and undergraduate students is one of several row houses built for Wheatland and Vinal, two prominent Boston developers, in the Georgian Revival Style. Completed in 1893, the building was designed by Samuel D. Kelley, a prolific architect in the Back Bay and surrounding areas.
