The Basic Needs program seeks to ensure that all Coyotes have access to the resources they need to focus on their education and succeed. We assist and provide referral services for students who are experiencing challenges with food insecurity, hunger, housing displacement, homelessness, financial security and wellness. Services available include; access to The DEN campus food pantry for free food and hygiene items, Swipe Out Hunger Meal Program, CalFresh application assistance, emergency grants, temporary emergency housing and community referrals.
