Current Obstacles and Disruptions: None inside the building, current floor unused since acquisition. Back parking lot is for authorized personnel only.
Project Details: This will serve as a new home for IT. It will consolidate their department into one location to provide an environment for improved efficiency and intradepartmental collaboration. It will also contribute to our efforts to empty the Doctors Building in anticipation of future demolition.This retrofitting will include new interior finishes, new furnishings, lighting improvements, new A/V and technology upgrades, restroom improvements, and ADA improvements.
