Tarkington Park
In the Butler-Tarkington neighborhood at 39th and Meridian streets, not far from The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, residents and vistors alike gather here to burn some energy. The playground features slides and tunnels, swings, a splash pad, a rock climbing wall, basketball courts, largescale musical instruments, and, maybe best of all, a cafe serving snacks and ice cream. The park also hosts musicians, movie nights, and other community events.
