      1. Signia Hilton

Hilton chose Indy as one of only three cities to launch its new meeting-centric Signia brand. This new property will stand 40 stories tall, offer 800 rooms, and include a top-level bar with skyline views. An expansion of the Indiana Convention Center, including a 50,000-sq.-ft. ballroom and 143,500-sq.ft. of flexible space, will connect the hotel to the center’s South Campus, creating an unrivaled convention package. The project is anticipated to open in 2024.

Another 600-room Hilton property is slated to be developed on an adjacent parcel, also connected to the center. With these additions, Indy will boast 14 properties and 6,100+ rooms connected by climate-controlled skywalks to the convention center, more than any U.S. city.
