      Payne Ellis Hall at Oklahoma State University is a three-story building located at the corner of Garfield Street and McElroy Road, part of the Morrison Neighborhood. It offers apartment-style living with private or shared bedrooms, a living room, a full-size kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. Built in 2001, the hall accommodates 110 undergraduates of all classifications and majors, including first-year students.

      Payne Ellis Hall is conveniently situated near the Griffith Community Center and various dining options. The building provides a comfortable and modern living environment, fostering a sense of community among its residents.
