The Gary F. Stewart Core Research Facility at Oklahoma State University is a state-of-the-art research center dedicated to geological studies. Named after Dr. Gary F. It is a hub for storing and analyzing core samples, equipped with advanced tools such as a grinding and polishing table and an area for thin section preparation. The facility also includes offices, a conference room and workstations, providing a comprehensive environment for faculty and students to conduct active research. It is located near the corner of McDonald Street and Tyler Avenue. Under the purview of the Boone Pickens School of Geology, the Gary F. Stewart Core Research Facility supports the academic and professional growth of students, particularly those pursuing careers in the oil and gas industry.
