         Built in the 1870’s by Caleb Isbesther (Founder of Chattanooga Foundry). Has been psychiatric office and investment firm in the past. UTC acquired the building in 2010. This home is listed on the National Register of Historic Homes and now houses our Alumni Affairs office.
