         The Lower Lobby of the UWF Conference Center is ideally suited for event registration and check-in. Take the elevator or grand staircase to the second floor for access to the Ballroom and Lounge.

         
         The Upper Lobby features large bay windows for natural lighting and is the perfect location for event registration tables, exhibition booths, buffets and pre-reception cocktails.

         
         
         The large windows in the Lounge allow for a sweeping view of the camps. The natural lighting provides an energetic atmosphere to help power your events!

         
         
         The Ballroom features a convenient drive-up portico at the front entrance, and a dramatic staircase leading to an open, spacious lobby and Lounge. The main Commons Ballroom can be partitioned into three smaller sections, each with a capacity of 250 (Lecture-style), for workshops, seminars or smaller events. This area is used for annual orientation meetings (500+ people), proms and homecoming events, weddings or wedding receptions, awards banquets or dinners, and summer camp sessions.
