101 Irvin Dr., Oxford, OH 45056

Originally named Washington & Clinton Hall, but commonly called the Northeast Building or North Dorm, the facility was officially named Northeast Dormitory in 1909. In 1937 the building name was changed to Elliot Hall, for Dr. Charles Elliott, Professor of Greek and Logic (1849-1863).

Elliott Hall is the oldest building on the Oxford campus. It was leased to the Miami Classical & Scientific School during part of the time Miami was closed (1877-1885). The building was outfitted with steam heat, electric light, and "modern" bathrooms in 1899.
