      1. Compost at T-25 Cottage

         There is a compost drop-off location at the T-25 Cottage at SIO. The following items are accepted:
         

         • Beans, seeds and legumes
         • Cereals and grains
         • Cheese
         • Eggs and eggshells
         • Fruits and vegetable scraps
         • Meat, fish, shellfish, and poultry scraps, including beef and other hard bones
         • Coffee grounds and filters
         • Tea bags
         • Brown, bamboo, and bagasse paper products including plates, bowls, clamshells and napkins
         • Hard pits (peaches, nectarines, etc.)
         • Nuts and other hard shells
         • Pet food
         • Wooden utensils, including chopsticks
