      1. Satellite Compost Collection at the Sustainability Resource Center

         Compost can be dropped off at the Sustainability Resource Center, Monday through Friday 9am-4pm (excluding university holidays and breaks). The following items are accepted for composting:

         • Fruits and vegetables
         • Coffee grounds and filters
         • Grass clippings
         • Hay and straw
         • Sawdust
         • Wood chips
         • Hair and fur
         • Houseplants
         • Yard trimmings
         • Newspaper (shredded)
         • Paper (uncoated, cut into small pieces)
         • Cardboard (uncoated, cut into small pieces)
         • Fireplace ashes (from natural wood only)
         • Tea bags
         • Eggs and eggshells
         • Nuts and hard shells
         • Leaves
