Goal of the Project: To evaluate the effectiveness of a teacher training program in Lagos, Nigeria. The training focuses on motivation, pedagogy, and social responsibility of the teachers, and the evaluation is designed to capture the larger, integral impact on students, teachers, and parents. This research is being funded with the help of a grant from the MacArthur Foundation.
