Greenhouse
The DA Greenhouse provides curricular, co-curricular and other opportunities to learn about ecological food production, sustainable water management, and alternative approaches in food systems in a vibrant, energetic setting. The dining hall serves vegetables produced by the greenhouse, such as tomatoes, arugula, kale, eggplants, peppers, onions, and herbs. The greenhouse is managed organically, using no pesticides or herbicides.
