    1. Ephriam Williams House

Built in 1760, Ephraim Williams House is named after Captain Ephraim Williams (1837-1902), a trustee of the Academy. It was purchased by Deerfield Academy in 1924 as a residence for the Boydens. In 1999, it became the home of the Office of Advancement. The living room, where Captain Williams first greeted incoming headmaster Frank Boyden in 1902, is now home to the Parent Lounge.
