Wahle offers duplex-style living with fully furnished 2-bedroom units that include air conditioning and parking adjacent to each unit. Wahle units are an attractive option for students who prefer apartment living for the academic school year but do not wish to remain on campus over the Summer; however, a summer extension contract is available, if a student desires to stay.
Renting by the room ensures that if a roommate leaves mid-year, the rent charge remains the same while a new roommate is chosen or Housing assigns one to the space.
