         · Has been open since the spring 2010 and completely funded by students

         · Approximately 25,000 square feet and includes a large area for student events, a dining center, lounges, and a game room, small snack store.

         · Space includes an indoor social area for students to gather, study

         · Offices include: Student Government, Student Programming Board, CI View Newspaper, and The Nautical yearbook are located in this building.

         · Tree House Courtyard is used for special events and campus gatherings.
