Varsity Gym is home to App State’s title-winning wrestling team and is used by other App State Athletics teams as an alternate practice facility. The building also houses the Department of Theatre and Dance’s dance studios and the offices of the Department of Military Science and Leadership.
Downstairs, you will find the main campus location of Health Promotion for Faculty and Staff (HPFS), which provides App State staff, faculty, retirees, and their spouses/domestic partners with information, programs and services that help promote a healthier lifestyle and a better quality of life. A second HPFS location is available in App State’s Leon Levine Hall of Health Sciences.
