The Plemmons Student Union (PSU), which is supported exclusively by student fees, serves the educational, social and recreational needs of App State students. It features a coffee shop and dining facilities, a game room, a movie theater, a fitness center, meeting and club rooms, and an art gallery. It also houses many offices and clubs pertaining to student life, including the Career Development Center, Dean of Students, Student Engagement and Leadership, Student Research, International Education and Development, Major General Edward M. Reeder, Jr. Student Veteran Resource Center and Intercultural Student Affairs.
Did you know? PSU’s Solarium is a popular location for students to study and is often used for university events. PSU also features a Lactation Lounge with three private rooms available for daily or long-term use.
The PSU is also home to three Campus Dining venues: Cascades Cafe, Crossroads Coffee Shop and McAlister’s Deli.
