Winding Ridge Apartments are located on the south campus of Syracuse University. This is a housing complex containing sixteen 8-unit buildings and eleven 12-unit buildings. Each apartment is a two-story unit with a living room and kitchen on the first floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. The floor plans of each apartment are identical. These two-story concrete structures were originally constructed in 1972. Combined, the buildings contain 202,984 square feet of space.
