The Center for International Services is on the main campus of Syracuse University. This former 1894 residence was used as a fraternity house before being purchased by the University in 1970. The facility was renovated in 1999-2000 before becoming the Slutzker Center. The three occupied floors contain a mixture of offices and meeting spaces. The third floor was partially renovated in 2009 following a small fire. The second floor was in the process of renovation at the time of inspection. The exterior facades are load bearing masonry with a mansard fish-scale shingle roof and an upper flat, membrane roof. The lower west porch also has a membrane roof. The primary and secondary entry doors are paneled wood with half lights. Exterior glazing is wood-framed, single-pane, divided-light windows with added metal-framed storm windows. The Center totals approximately 12,222 gross square feet.
