The Ruth Van Arsdale Henry Center and Health Services Building, also known as the Henry Center, is a three-level student health facility on the main campus of Syracuse University. Located at 111 Waverly Avenue, this health building was originally only one story. A 1986 renovation and expansion project added a second floor. The second floor is now office space and the first floor contains additional offices, exam space, and patient areas. The basement contains additional office space and support areas. Exterior facades are a mixture of brick tile and EIFS with an older flat, ballasted membrane roof. The north stair tower also features a rooftop light monitor with a pitched standing seam shed roof. The south and north entry airlocks have glass door assemblies and the secondary exterior egress door in the basement is hollow metal. Exterior thermal-pane glazing was reportedly upgraded around fifteen years ago. The Henry Center totals approximately 36,301 gross square feet.
