Skytop Office Building
The Skytop Office building is a two-story building on the campus of Syracuse University. Located at 640 Skytop Road, this building was constructed as a lease/purchase office building in 1972. Now owned by the University, both floors have a series of office suites organized along a central double-loaded corridor. The exterior facades are precast concrete panels with individual thermal-pane windows. The main entry airlock has glass doors and secondary exterior doors are hollow metal. The building has an older membrane roofing system. The Skytop Office building totals approximately 52,852 gross square feet.
