936 E. Genesee St
The buildings at 900, 914, 922 and 936 East Genesee Street are early twentieth century structures (approximately 1915) owned by Syracuse University and used to house a portion of the University’s theater program. The buildings all have basements, and the 900 and 914-922 buildings have two floors above grade. The 936 building has a single floor above grade. The buildings all have sections of flat, built-up roofing, and two have some shingled roof surfaces. The gross area of the three buildings totals 32,924 square feet, and they are located across Irving Avenue from the Regent Theater complex. In addition to the University programs, the 900 building has a restaurant that occupies all of the basement and first floor.
