      1. Riley Steam Station

        The Riley Steam Plant at the University of Syracuse was built in 1950. This six-story concrete and masonry building has flat, built-up roofs and a mixture of exterior brick, vertical metal siding, and Galbestos siding. In addition to the main structure, there is a small oil house build-out and a free-standing masonry gas house on the south elevation. This facility is reported to comprise 41,508 gross square feet.
