      1. Alco Steam Station

         The Alco Steam Plant at the University of Syracuse was originally built circa 1927 and extended circa 1964. This multi-story concrete and masonry building has an upper tar and gravel roof (extension), a lower membrane roof (original building), and a mixture of exterior brick, vertical metal siding, concrete, and Galbestos siding. This facility is reported to comprise 31,394 gross square feet.
