The home of Charger Baseball, Frank Vieira Field is named after the program’s founder and first coach, Frank “Porky” Vieira, one of the winningest coaches at all levels of collegiate baseball. Located at the North Campus Athletic Complex with expansive views of the city of New Haven, Vieira Field has lots of seating for fans along first base, as well as team dugouts, bullpens, and a press box.
