John and Leona Gehring Hall is home to the world-renowned Henry C. Lee Institute of Forensic Sciences. Named for forensic scientist Dr. Henry C. Lee, the Lee Institute’s ultra-modern facility opened in 2010. It is a contemporary teaching, research, and training facility for students studying forensic science, criminal justice, national security, and related fields. It features a crime-scene simulation center, a high-tech forensic room, a crisis-management center, three classrooms, and a forensic learning center.
The latest in virtual instruction and touch-screen technology brings in-depth information regarding various areas of forensic science to students and professionals from around the world.
