Film Board is a theater-grade second-run theater complete with a 40-foot screen, high-quality projector, and a brand new 7.1 dolby surround sound system. This system is completely paid for and run by the Film Board. A second-run theater plays movies that are out of theaters but not yet on DVD/Blu-Ray.
