            All student permits valid 4:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m., Monday - Friday, and all day on Saturdays/Sundays
            
            If license plate is associated with a valid permit, gate will open for entry and exit (unless paid time is owed when leaving). If license plate scan does open gate, scan permit barcode at any in-lane machine
