         Nickname: AOB

         Originally opened in 1909 as Michigan Tech's library and mineral museum, the Academic Office Building (AOB) is one of the university's oldest and most recognizable campus landmarks. Today, it serves as an academic space for teaching, learning, and collaboration. Learn more about the history of the AOB.
