            Parking permits are required Mon-Fri. 7:30am-10pm. After 5pm, Reserved Parking becomes General Parking. Students, staff, faculty, and visitors at California State University, Chico can pay for hourly and daily parking from their smartphone. Users can download PassportParking for free from the iPhone App Store and Android Google Play.
