Cooper and Hoyt Halls, located in the
South Housing Area, were built in 1957 and renovated in 2014. Approximately 250 upper-class women who belong to a Sorority Chapter reside in Cooper-Hoyt Halls. Cooper-Hoyt Halls houses students in double rooms and features individual, private-use bathrooms on each floor.
