The Rachel Rollings Memorial Garden is dedicated in memory of Rachel Erin Rollings, an East Texas A&M student who lost her life in an automobile accident in 2006. The garden is also dedicated to Britney Lipsey who was also killed in the accident. The memorial consists of a bronze lioness sculpture surrounded by her five lion cubs, representative of Rachel’s love for children and her desire to become a teacher. Rachel’s Garden is located at the top of the Outdoor Amphitheater between Halladay Student Services and the Field House.
