        426 Ostrom Avenue is a small three-level office building on the main campus of Syracuse University. Originally constructed as a private residence in 1875, this building soon became the home of Delta Upsilon Fraternity from 1887 to 1972. In 1956 the building was gut renovated and expanded to its current layout. The building was rented and then purchased by Syracuse University in 1979.

        There have been a number of different departments that have used this building including the College of Nursing, the Department of Health and Wellness, and currently the Department of Psychology. The upper two floors are office space and the lower level also has a research area for the study of Autism called the Care Lab. The original south exterior facades are painted brick and the exterior of the north addition is unpainted brick. The main entry is on the south end of the second floor and there is also a first floor entry for the research area. Exterior double-hung windows vary in age. The building totals approximately 14,844 gross square feet.
