Syracuse Abroad-106 Walnut Place
106 Walnut Place is a three-level office building. This former residence was constructed in 1887 and acquired by the University in 1944. This facility has had a number of uses over the years, with the last being a sorority house for Alpha Omicron Pi. This building was renovated around 2002 to accommodate the Syracuse University Abroad program. Exterior facades are lap siding with a pitched architectural shingle roof. The main east entry glass doors and secondary exterior doors are metal clad. Exterior glazing is newer metal-framed, fixed thermal-pane window units. The facility totals approximately 10,214 gross square feet.
