      1. Osgood Natatorium

         The natatorium features an Olympic-sized pool with movable bulkheads and is connected to the Bear Recreation and Athletic Center via an underground passage. The Grinnell Pioneers swim and dive teams practice here, and it is open to the campus community throughout the year. Joshua Tibatemwa ’19 — who became one of Grinnell’s modern-era Olympians in the Olympic Games Rio 2016 — trained here. The natatorium is named in honor of former Grinnell College President Russell K. Osgood.
