Chartered by President Abraham Lincoln in 1861, Providence Hospital is the longest continuously operating hospital in the nation's capital. The 410-bed facility provides a full spectrum of services.
The hospital is affiliated with the adjacent Carroll Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a 250-bed facility for long-term and rehabilitative care, as well as several outpatient family, behavioral, and occupational health clinics in the region.
Providence Hospital is conveniently located just over a mile northeast from campus and is part of the Ascension Health network.
