The Suwannee Room features a diverse menu in an updated historic setting where you can grab a great meal at the heart of FSU’s campus. The open kitchen layout has been converted to a series of one-way travel patterns designed to encourage social distancing and to route patrons effectively to the dining options of their choice such as Homestyle, True Balance, Vegan and Deli/ Grill.
Suwannee Rooms provides meal options to go for everyone, including recipes that are low-calorie, vegan, vegetarian, and free from the top eight allergens which include diary, egg, fish, peanut, shellfish, soy, tree-nut, and wheat at the True Balance station.
