         Virginia Mason University Village Medical Center is a beautiful facility that was thoughtfully designed – from a separate newborn waiting area in pediatrics to a convenient onsite laboratory. The clinic area is spacious and comfortable – with plenty of natural light streaming through the large windows lining the waiting rooms.
         
         

         In addition to primary care for children and adults, there are a variety of specialty services, as well as an urgent care clinic with extended hours.
         
         

         Parking is exceptionally convenient: Just pull into a reserved parking spot on level C or D in the free parking garage and take the elevator right to the clinic. Then, just step off the elevator and turn left for pediatrics and right for all other services. Our front desk team will be there to greet you.
         
         

         Pediatrics
         Virginia Mason's Pediatrics Department offers growth charts, vaccine information, the Nutrition and Fitness for Life program, and health education ranging from newborns to adolescents.

         • New Patient Health History Form — Pediatric/Adolescent
         • ADHD New Patient Packet — Age 13 and older (print, complete, and bring to appointment)
         • ADHD New Patient Packet — Age 12 and younger (print, complete, and bring to appointment)
         • Parent & Teacher Vanderbilt Forms (print, complete, and return prior to appointment)
