In December 2019, UIW announced that the former AT&T building will now be established as Founders Hall. The eight story, 10-acre property was purchased by the University in the Summer of 2019. The 350,000 square feet of office space, the adjacent parking garage and the surrounding land will increase the UIW footprint at the corner of Broadway and Hildebrand by 20 percent.
